A whole beef consists of approximately 500-600 pounds of beef.
Purchase price is $5,500, which includes basic processing and will be available at next available processing date. May 2025. Specialty processing will be at the cost of the customer.
Cuts may include- Ribeye, Filet, New York Strip, Flat Iron, Sirloin, Skirt, Flank, Chuck and Round Roasts, Cutlets, Brisket, Tri Tip, and Ground Beef (1lb packages). Upon request and requested prior to processing: Bones and Organ Meats.
At this time, our All-Natural Beef Portions are only available for local pickup.
