Purchase price is $2,600, which includes processing and can be picked up at next processing date. May 2025
Cuts may include Ribeye, Filet, New York Strip, Flat Iron, Sirloin, Skirt, Flank, Denver), Chuck and Round Roasts, Cutlets, Brisket, Tri Tip, Coulotte, Bavette, Hamburger Patties (1/4 pound-6/package) and Ground Beef (1lb packages). Upon request and requested prior to processing: Bones and Organ Meats.
At this time, our All-Natural Beef Portions are only available for local pickup.
