A quarter beef consists of approximately 100-130 pounds of beef.
Purchase price is $1,300, which includes processing and can be picked up at next processing date in May 2025.
Cuts may include- Ribeye, Filet, New York Strip, Flat Iron, Sirloin, Skirt, Flank, Denver, Chuck and Round Roasts, Cutlets, Brisket, Tri Tip, Coulotte, Bavette, Hamburger Patties (1/4 pound-6/package) and Ground Beef (1lb packages). Upon request and requested prior to processing: Bones and Organ Meats.
At this time, our All-Natural Beef Portions are only available for local pickup.
